Which used minivan is best?
Hello, we are planning on buying a used minivan (1996 and newer), with less than 120000miles. Not that we like minivans but we are going to be taking a month long tour across the US and decided that that might be the way to go as mini vans are quite cheap, and renting a car for that trip will be close to what we want to pay for the van. Once we are done traveling we will sell it.
So I gather that Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna are the best minivans to own, but they are significantly more costly than other brands. So in your honest opinion, what kind should we get? (my wife says that they had a Plymouth Caravan as kids and got over 200000miles on it.)
We will be driving 7000 to 8000 miles so will obviously want it road ready, and anticipate doing some oil changes etc. on our trip. All advice will be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you.
