What is the cheapest minivan I can get using the Cash for Clunkers?
I don’t really understand the whole process and I want to trade in my clunker (yes its qualified) towards a new minivan. My current van gets 18 mpg combined and I’m using the cash for clunkers program as an excuse to get a new car.
Yes, as of right now 9:36PM on 7/31/09 (Pacific Standard Time) Congress has extended the program with an additional 2 Billion dollars. The House will vote on extending the program next week so this interim extension may be shortlived.
