I can’t remember the song, can anyone help me??

It was used in a minivan commercial several years ago, I believe. It is a song about life in general and not taking it for granted. The male singer uses spoken word though. It is very slow without much music. It was on the radio nearly ten years ago I think. It is a great song and I can’t really remember much of the lyrics…something along the lines of “Don’t regret, learn from your mistakes” would be something in the song. If anyone knows what I’m talking about pleaseee let me know!! thanks a bunch
