Four people were hurt when a minivan landed on its roof after the driver allegedly ran a red light about 11:20 a.m. Sunday.

The crash occurred at 144th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard when Daniel Barrales, 22, allegedly drove a Chevrolet minivan westbound through a red light. A southbound GMC truck hit the rear corner of the Chevy.

Barrales and two passengers, a 24-year-old woman and a 5-month-old boy, suffered minor injuries. Another passenger in the Chevy, a 3-year-old girl, was airlifted to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police later arrested and jailed Barrales on charges of careless driving and driving without a valid license. He also is detained on an immigration hold as a suspected illegal immigrant

That is not the question,why are hispanics doing their part and telling illegals not to drive ?Does being hispanic mean the laws do not apply ?

Laws don’t apply to illegals don’t you know. They drive around with no insurance, skill or license and cause wrecks that cost the person not at fault. They have no right to be driving in the U.S.
