Do you have a minivan? If so read this please!! I need your help!?

We are looking at getting a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan it has 85,000 miles. We are trying to figure out if that is to many miles and if its just going to be a waist of our money in the long run. Do you have a minivan? What kind? What year? How many miles? How many problems have you had with it? Any suggestions? We are not looking at spending much.

85,000 miles on a used vehicle is considered low mileage. Especially for a vehicle that is apporaching 10 years old. When buying a used vehicle I would make sure it has under 100,000 miles and fits your price range. Most mechanics will do an inspection for under $100 and it is definately worth the price to have one done. My most recent vehicle purchase was a 2007 ford explorer with 43,000 miles for $8600.
