Front heater on Ford Windstar won’t work?

We have a 2001 For Windstar Minivan, with separate controls for the rear and front blowers. The ones in the back are blowing hot air just like they should, but up front they’re only blowing cold air.

Sounds like a vacuum line to me, if the line or “hose” is disconnected it may be that when you turn the dial its not turning the door that changes the blowers direction.
