I’d take it back to the shop and have them look at it. You should have a warranty. The squeak when releasing the brakes sounds like the rear brake hardware stretching and releasing, maybe they un-adjusted the shoes to get the drums off and didn’t adjust them properly. Also if the backing plate is scraped up and not lubed in back, you will get a popping noise.
