Why do McDonald’s bags/cups have people working out on them?False advertising?

Is it because you have to perform a triathalon to reverse the effects of eating their foods? Shouldn’t they be more accurate in their portrayal of their customers? The cups and bags should have on them what I see every time I go to McDonalds. A minivan filled with obese children, stuffing grease drenched sugar cakes down their throat, while their 600 pound mother swallows big macs whole in the front seat. Also the back of the Minivan should be full of WAL-MART bags, and dollar store snacky cakes.
Besmirched tea works for mcdonanlds, and by the way, also weighs 600 pounds and can eat a big mac whole.
