A 23 years old graduate from vanderbilt w/no transport in GA. How do I get my grandma to lend me one of her 3?

I used to live in the bronx new york before I went to Vanderbilt in 2001. My grandparents until they moved in 1998 (Note: My grandfather passed in 2000). During those years, my parents separated, and my grandma (father’s mother) coaxed my mother into selling the house we had in new york and moved to georgia. I had no say in this, and did not find out until the house was already sold end of 2005. My mom and sis were living with my grandma for month, in which my grandma was very controlling, posessive, my mom moved out in April 05. My grandma has a nissan stanza ’95, passat 00, and a minivan odsessey. I have been trying to get interviews for jobs around here, but it’s hard cause there is only one car and my mom uses it daily to travel an hour across atlanta to her job. I have driven with my grandma, even in the passat, so it is not really a question of my driving ability. If I had a car I could drive to companies. Let me know if I should scrap this and try something different.

As a college graduate, you should be able to work something out to get to job interviews without relying on family to provide you transportation. If your grandmother is controlling, she will use the car to try to control you. Do not allow that, be a man and take control of your own life!!
